Cooling Recommendations
This unit has two integrated fans, to ensure thermal reliability for most applications. Nevertheless, it is possible to remove these fans and replace them by an external one when the actual application needs to have special requirements. In all cases, a temperature test should be done in the final assembled end product. There is a temperature test point at the heat sink which is located between the two fans. Temperature should not exceed 70°C. Temperature overload protected by an internal temperature switch at 90°C(+/-5°C).
